Just spoke with Capito's office today. Bill "mark-up" is scheduled for Wednesday (which is when they "mark up" the Bill like your 3rd grade teacher did to english papers) and Congresswoman Capito is only recommending that Roaring Plains West be designated wilderness in her district (meaning we are still going to lose Dolly Sods and the others that are within the original wilderness proposal). Consequently, she is not going to recommend Seneca Creek, Roaring Plains East/North, and Cheat Mountain. I don't know if she will prevail, but call her office and request that she stick to her guns (Ask for Virginia Gumm).
