i just had a question on the wv state champ, i saw for the mens expert that it list nick, isnt he a va resident? i know sue is thats why betsy is the womens champ just woundering

ok to answer you question, the rule is that the person must hold a WV driver licence which he still does. Thats a BWB rule not a WVMBA rule.

since the advent of the computer, the powers that be don't let you have a drivers license from more than 1 state!

That makes absolutely no sense at all. I guess joking is not allowed. I know plenty of people who live in one state, but have drivers licenses in others. Sorry MOM!!!!
