Hey guys, I'm moving from the XC worlds to the marathon/ultra world this year and I've been thinking alot about bike set up. I just bought an 08 Rush and I'm so used to low, flat, narrow bars that the stock riser bars feel huge. I've been reading alot about stem and bar set up, can you guys shed some light on the subject. i.e. stem length, bar height relative to saddle height, all that good stuff. Is there a general consensus on a starting point as I know fine tuning your setup is mostly personal preference.

Get rid of your gears! Two more beers and I'll have some even better advice.
